Payment due at first class of each month.

Please fill out a separate registration form for each student.

 

A non-refundable yearly registration fee of $20. per student and the
signed waiver are required at the start of the school year term
before you will receive a confirmation of registration for any class.


Online payment with credit card or bank check is available by following the directions after you submit the registration form. MPAOD also accepts Visa and Master Card payment for tuition in the office during office hours.

Family Plan - 3rd Person Half Rate

Fees are non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS. Missed classes are to be made up within the month. No credit for missed classes.
