PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS & OPTIONS

Please use the links below to pay monthly class fees.

***Any refunded payments will be charged a refund or cancellation fee.  Fees will be dependant upon the amount of refund.  This is a fee that is charged by Pay Pal for processing the payment and refund and does not go to MPAOD.

$20 student registration fee is non-refundable.

PAY MONTHLY CLASS FEES
This option pays for only 1 month of class fees.

This option will let you pay the registration fee and the first month of class fees. If you want to pay class fees online for future months you will need to do so each month individually. Paying one month DOES NOT set you up for automatic billing.

Students name MUST be on payment form.

AUTO BILLING SET UP

With this option your credit card or checking account will be billed automatically each month for your class fees.

Each student will need to have a seperate automatic billing set up.

If you need to modify your automatic billing you will need to log into your Pay Pal account.
We do not have access to your account.

You may also pay by Credit Card in person at the office during normal business hours.
