ADULT HIP HOP and CARDIO with Lee Pazmino - Monday at 7:30 at Studio 3, Wednesday 8:30 at the Dancers Loft
ADULT HIP HOP/JAZZ EXERCISE with Monica Mark - Tuesday at 9:30 at Studio 2
KIDS DANCE PARTY AEROBICS/WORKOUT (ages 8-11) with Lee Pazmino - Monday 6:30 at Studio 4
NEW STUDIO POLICY: A non-refundable yearly registration fee of $20. per student and a signed waiver are required at start of school year term before a confirmation of registration for any class. (see registration page)

Owners Sarah-Jane Measor and Sylvia Duncan's desire is to encourage every dancer to have the opportunity to follow their dreams whether it is dancing in a class for fun or in the Professional levels of performing.
Our classes are designed to offer each student a chance to express themselves to learn self confidence, discipline and poise.
The Professional faculty of ten highly trained and accomplished teachers assures the student of receiving the correct technical instruction.
MPAOD's goal is to provide children, teens and adults an experience of appreciating dance and music at all ages to enrich their lives.
Menlo Park Academy of Dance was founded in 1947 by RoseAnn Sayler and has evolved over the years as a large teaching and performing arts studio offering a wide variety of dance styles.
